How to Create a Hyperlink to Your Form / Assignment

The advantage of hyperlinks is they are easy to create. The disadvantage is the link will take the students to another site to fill out the form.

Here are the steps involved in creating a hyperlink to a form:

1. Once you have created your form, there will be a hyperlink at the bottom. Click on that hyperlink. 
2. This will take you to the form's "Published View". Copy the URL. 
3. Use this URL to create a hyperlink in your blog or website. In blogger click on "Link", type the text you want displayed, and paste the URL in the "Web Address" text box.  

Your link should now look like the link above.
